Edit to my previous post, since i have read your response and it seems like you did not understand the issue at hand: there were workers IN THE HOTEL, 5 meters from our room, demolishing walls  of A HOTEL BUiLDING, at 8.00. Not some unknown islanders or natives. We had a lovely stay here! The staff were very caring and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The free transport to the town centre was a great perk and seemed to always be available during our stay. The views were amazing and truly breathtaking, adding to the overall charm of the location. The rooms were a bit hilly, which made getting around a bit challenging, but they provide a free service to drive you up and down to your room, which was very convenient. I took a chance on this place on Google and was not disappointed.  I first contacted the hotel through their WhatsApp and figured out that their housing would suit my family.  After staying at one of the Island resorts, we wanted to see what it would be like on the mainland nearer town.

Check-In was very easy and I was able to talk to the front desk through WhatsApp as well.  There is a little bit of construction going on in the sight in front of the hotel but Karuna helpfully provides a shuttle into town which negates any issues with entrance.

The food at the restaurant was well priced and not an extortionist racket.  The staff was friendly, the music they picked was wonderful and varied and more importantly the food was high quality, fresh and local.

They did a good job keeping our place clean and it was nice to have a full kitchen and microwave available.  They warned that the water is not drinkable from the faucets or the shower, but helpfully provided a gigantic jug of water that they refilled daily.

Next time we come back to El Nido I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.  They also have some glamping options available at the top of the hill that we would consider.

높은 곳에 있어서 뷰가 너무 이쁘고 모든 객실이 프라이빗하게 배치되어 있어서 좋았어요. 룸 인테리어도 예쁨. 취사 가능하고 냉장고 커피포트 다 있어요. 영어로 못하는데 왓츠앱으로 웬만한 것 다 물어보고 요청할 수 있어서 너무 편했습니다. 직원분들 모두 친절! 다운타운이랑 거리가 좀 있지만, 무료 셔틀서비스 매시간 정각에 있어서 다운타운 왔다갔다하는데 불편함 없었어요.

아쉬운 점은 레스토랑 음식이 너무 늦게나오는 것 같고, 화장실 샤워시설 모두 야외라서 밤에 벌레, 나방,,, 도마뱀...걱정하며 씻고 볼일 봐야한다는 점ㅠㅠ

Trải nghiệm tuyệt vời vì nơi đây rất yên tĩnh và trên cao nên trọn vẹn view point bến đỗ thuyền bè. May mắn cùng chuyến xe của Karuna đón từ thị trấn về villa gặp chị chủ có chia sẻ tất cả đồ trang trí, gạch, gỗ để xây dựng đều nhập từ Bali - Indonesia. Nên kết cấu villa rất đẹp, bền và chắc chắn.
