Pet Policy
Pet Friendly Policy
1. Only vaccinated cats or dogs are allowed as pets in the Hotel. Proof of vaccination is required and must be valid.
2. A maximum of ONE pet permitted per bedroom. Pets shall have a maximum height of 60 centimeters (2 ft.) and/or 10 kilos. Cats shall be limited to domestic or house cats.
3. Pets should always wear diapers—including inside the guest room.
4. Pets are allowed only in the rooms and balcony in which they are registered. They are not allowed in the Restaurant and Pool Area. When outside the room, a leash is required.

6. Pet owners should maintain the overall cleanliness and hygiene of pets.
7. The guest agrees not to leave any pet/s unattended. Cats or dogs left unattended, for a period of more than twenty-four (24) hours, shall be considered abandoned and shall be reported to the proper authorities. The registered guest shall indemnify Hotel Management for any costs, losses, or damages which may result from such action being taken.
8. No equipment within the property shall be used for animal use, this includes the use of available towels, and linen for your pets. Any use of linen for their pets is to incur corresponding charges. Stained or damaged linen will be charged accordingly.
9. During housekeeping and room service, the guest is requested to remove their pet from the room or have them on leash.
10. The Guest shall be responsible for cleaning up after the Pet(s) and properly disposing of waste.
11. The guest shall give a security deposit, equivalent to One Thousand Pesos (Php1,000.00) per night upon check-in. This is in addition to the separate guest deposit fee. The security deposit will cover any damages incurred which may include but are not limited to, stained bedding, stained carpet, stained linen, scratches on the furniture, scratches on the floor, infestation, extra cleaning that may be required, and/or lost revenue charges while the unit is out of service due to cleaning and repairs.
12. Pet owners accept full responsibility for any personal injuries and/or property damage caused by their pets.
Pet owners should promptly report and declare any damages caused by their pets. Pet owners are solely liable
for any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, charges, fines, penalties, and/or expenses that may arise as a
result of bringing pets into the hotel.
13. The Guest shall strictly comply with the Pet-Friendly Policy Agreement and other rules and regulations
which may be issued by Hotel Management. Hotel Management reserves the right to require room changes,
removal of pet/s from the property, refuse or discontinue service without refund if, in the hotel’s sole discretion,
the pet is considered dangerous, unhealthy, or likely to frighten, harm, disrupt hotel guests, has damaged hotel
property, or for failure to abide by these policies.
14. The Guest agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Hotel Management, its owners, and employees
from any and all liability, claims, losses, costs and expenses including reasonable attorney fees arising out of or
relating to any claim for personal injury or property damage caused by or attributed to their pet/s.
