Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Karuna El Nido Villas!

We require 100% PAYMENT to guarantee your booking.

All rates are subject to change without further notice. However, services that have been booked and paid previously will not be affected.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
100% refund for cancellations made 30 days prior check in.

50% refund for cancellations made more than 14 days prior check in time.

No refund for cancellations made 14 days and below.
An amount equivalent to ONE NIGHT will be charged for rebooking.

REBOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO PRICE DIFFERENCE AND ROOM AVAILABILITY.
NO REFUNDS IF ROOM AVAILABLE HAS A LOWER RATE THAN THE PREVIOUS BOOKING.

NO REFUND policy on shortening/reduction of number of nights/rooms.

NO REFUND policy on NO SHOW or failure of guests to arrive on the expected booking dates. Reservations will be held until 11:00 a.m. the morning following your scheduled arrival date. If you have not checked in by that time, a NO-SHOW charge of the total booking will be charged to your deposit and the balance of your reservations will be cancelled.

All bank transfer and service fees will be charged to the guest.

Karuna El Nido Villas is not responsible for weather conditions, flight cancellations, personal emergencies, or schedule changes.
KEN Villas shall not be liable for failure to comply with this Agreement due to force majeure, labor disputes, natural disasters or other causes beyond the control of the management.
