Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Karuna El Nido Villas!

Payment: 

To guarantee your booking, we require 50% payment in advance. Please note that all rates are subject to change without prior no ce. However, once
services are booked and paid for, your reservatioon will remain unaffected by any rate adjustments.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
• 100% refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in.
• 50% refund for cancellations made more than 14 days but less than 30 days prior to check-in.
• No refund for cancellations made 14 days or less before check-in.
For rebooking, a fee will apply:
• A charge equivalent to one night or 30% of the reservation (whichever is higher) will apply for rebookings made up to one day prior to the check-in date.
• No rebooking allowed on the day of check-in.
• Booking fees are NON REFUNDABLE
Rebookings are subject to room availability and any price difference.
• If the new room rate is lower than the previous booking, no refund will be  issued.

No Refunds:
• For shortening or reducing the number of nights/rooms.
• For No Shows or failure to arrive on the scheduled booking date. Reservations will be held un l 11:00 a.m. the following morning. A er this me, a no-show charge of the total booking amount will be deducted from your deposit, and the balance will be canceled.

Other Terms:
• Karuna El Nido Villas is not responsible for weather conditions, flight cancellations, personal emergencies, or any schedule changes.
• Force majeure: Karuna El Nido Villas is not liable for failure to comply with this agreement due to labor disputes, natural disasters, or other causes beyond the management’s control.
• Please note that all bank transfer and service fees (booking fees and third-party partner fees) are under the responsibility of the guest and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
