My first stay in El nido and definitely not the last at the Karuna El Nido Villas. Let me begin with the most wonderful staff members that you have at the resort, starting with front desk Sarifa, Lester and MJ. These truly wonderful people not only stayed highly professional, but also most welcoming and friendly people I met, whether it would be an enquiry where to eat, what to see, organize a pick-up they will always be there to assist you in your every need! They will always find their way to help you out even if the task seems impossible truly professional, welcoming, dedicated and hard working people! Next I would like to mention the bar staff Tiffany and Cyra! These two ladies create such a welcoming atmosphere you will never feel alone here, my cocktails always so delicious, the food was great, but most of all the friendly conversation that Cyra and Tiffany provided it felt like home and I was part of the family. I hope this review does not get overlook and whatever recognition and support system your management has, these hard working people definitely deserve a salary raise or bonus for sure.
If you are looking to great view, peace of mind and amazing people this is the place for you.

The villas here are amazing. The only reason for removing a star is because the bathrooms, while well maintained, take some getting used to. In particular, the hot water heater is a bit finicky. You need to turn it all the way to hot and listen for the heater to turn on and quickly move it back to the center and step back to avoid scalding water that will then normalize for about a minute or two. The place itself is like a paradise. So relax and very peaceful ambience. The staffs were accommodating, very nice and friendly. Foods are satisfactory. We enjoyed our stay, everything was pleasant and amazing. The views from the room, the outdoor pool, restaurant staffs and the place itself are amazing.
