1. How to get to El Nido?
In order to facilitate your arrival in Karuna, here are instructions on how to get here:
“Getting to El Nido From Manila / Cebu / Boracay/ Clark/Coron”
Fly directly to El Nido (Lio Airport) with Cebu Pacific
Flights can only be booked DIRECTLY through their WEBSITE.
We offer private transport from and to the airport, contact us.
“Getting to El Nido From Puerto Princesa”
Fly to Puerto Princesa with Philippine Airlines, Air Asia or Cebu Pacific.
Upon arrival, take a shuttle van / taxi / private car to El Nido.
As you walk out of the airport, many drivers will be standing outside the arrivals area. Book a shuttle directly with them to El Nido. There are usually 10-12 people per van. Drive time is about 5 – 6 hours.

“Getting to El Nido from Coron”
Take a Ferry / Boat / Fast Ferry to El Nido
Contact Atienza Interisland Ferries at 09284577623/09985326553/09399126840 (Coron) and

Another option is Montenegro Lines at +63437403206.Travel time is from 4 to 8 hours, depending on mode of transport.From the port we offer complimentary transport from and to the port.
2. How to find Karuna?
Either from Lio aiport/El Nido Airport, or from PUERTO PRINCESA, you will come using the National Highway.
If you come from Puerto Princesa , Karuna’s property entrance will be at the right side, beside El Nido National High school. There is also a signage saying “Karuna” and an intercom below it. Follow the road driving upwards. There will be another Karuna sign, follow it. Go up the hill and keep right onto the paved road. This road will lead you directly to us.
If you come from El Nido town, our property entrance is on the LEFT side. There is also a signage saying “Karuna” and an intercom below it. Follow the road driving upwards. 3. Mode of payments.
We accept Cash (PHP), Gcash, and credit card payments in the property.
4. Is there a restaurant serving breakfast in the property?
Yes. We have an onsite restaurant which serves breakfast from 7am- 10:00 am. We also serve lunch and dinner. Last order is at 9:30pm.
The infinity pool is right in front the Restaurant.
5. What is the regular check in time?
Standard check in time is at 3pm. Standard check out time is at 12 noon.
Guests can leave their luggage at the Front Desk while waiting to check in.
As guests, you can also stay at The Restaurant and use the Swimming pool. You can also explore El Nido town and the nearby beaches, Corong Corong Beach and Vanilla beach. As an alternative, you can also opt for early check-in for a surcharge.
This is subject to availability.
6. Is WI-FI available at the property?
Yes. We have WIFI available in all rooms and is free of charge.
7. Are boat tours offered at your property?
Yes. You can book these boat tours (regular and private tours) at our Front desk.
Reserve at least one day in advance.
8. How far is Karuna in El Nido town?
Town proper is only 10mins away from Karuna El Nido Villas. We
offer COMPLIMENTARY pick up and drop off (Karuna-El Nido Town-Karuna) for in house guests.
9. How far is Karuna from the LIO airport?
Karuna is 20 mins away from Lio Airport by car/van. From Puerto Princesa, El Nido is 5-6 hours by van. We offer airport transfers. Kindly contact us.

We apologize for the inconvenience as we have an ongoing construction (we are building a new glamping unit above the Spa) from until May 20 2025. Occasional minimal construction noise may be observed between 8am-5pm.
SHARED INFINITY POOL WILL BE CLOSED NEXT YEAR FROM SEPT 1 TO 22 2025, to undergo maintenance.
Maintenance works and minor renovations from September 1-October 15 2025.
